Sock Ling’s foray into the fitness industry started in 2000, where she took up aerobics. Since then, her interest in fitness and health grew even further, and she subsequently pursued this desire to impart her knowledge to others by taking her Group Exercise Instructor Certification from Singapore Sports Council. With her prior background in Applied Food Science and Nutrition, she has managed to aptly gel what she has learnt together as an instructor, in a fun and engaging manner.
Sock Ling’s classes are renowned to be filled with lots of infectious laughter and her participants have never felt that any class with her is boring. Not only are her classes popular with the masses, Sock Ling has also been kept busy choreographing fitness and dance routines for People’s Association, private clubs & companies since 2005. Her passion in what she does and sincerity towards others have impressed, influenced and motivated many. Although she has been doing this for over a decade, her never-say-die attitude has kept her going strong, and she continues to upgrade herself so as to give her participants the most wholesome experience during their workouts.
