Rachel has been conducting dance and dance fitness classes for the past 17 years at studios, companies, clubs, Sport Council, People Associations, schools and various private organizations. Always seen with a friendly smile, she comes across to all who know her as a humble, patient and caring person and is always quick to offer a helping hand to those in need. All these are her attributes to her teaching each class with much passion and dedication.
A dance graduate from LASALLE College of the Arts, Rachel has also obtained various dance, teaching and fitness certifications from foreign dance and fitness organizations such as National Associations Teachers of Dance, Federation of International Sports, Aerobics and Fitness, Polestar® Pilates, Beijing Dance Academy and Commonwealth Society Teachers of Dance. In addition to these, Rachel also has an advanced certificate in piano. With such an extensive background and experience in music, dance and fitness, she is thus able to share and impart her knowledge with much enthusiasm and fervour to her participants. Rachel has also been nominated and shortlisted as one of the 12 finalists for the inaugural Fitness Best Asia Awards, Group Exercise Leader Category of the Year 2017.
