K-Kardio Dance (KKD) is a Kpop Cardio Dance created in Singapore. It is a one hour non-stop workout, incorporating simplified and repeated Kpop MTV moves with a combination of various fitness and dance elements such as Kickboxing, Aerobics, HIIT, Hip Hop, Jazz, Pilates etc. It is fun, engaging and intense. Suitable for participants across all ages, with or without dance background, as the intensity can be varied according to individual preferences. On top of that it is effective for fats burning and toning of muscles.
